About Us
At Windless USCG License Service, we specialize in Coast Guard licensing assistance, helping mariners apply for, renew, or upgrade their Merchant Mariner Credentials and captain’s licenses with confidence. Whether you're applying for the first time, renewing an active or expired USCG license, or upgrading to a higher tonnage like an OUPV or 100-Ton Master, we ensure every document is accurate, complete, and ready for submission to the United States Coast Guard.
Navigating the Coast Guard’s licensing process can be overwhelming—with changing regulations, detailed paperwork, and varying requirements depending on the license level. Many mariners find the process confusing and time-consuming. That’s why Windless exists: to simplify the process, reduce stress, and guide you step-by-step through your USCG license journey—so you can focus on your career at sea.
